MARBLE WIDE is a pendant lamp created in green marble with a beautiful brass detail. This pendant casts a beautiful and even light on the surface beneath it. It is both beautiful hanging several together and as a stand-alone lamp. It is also possible to mix MARBLE WIDE with one or more of the series' other family members.

This pendant has an E27 socket and therefore uses an E27 light bulb. Be aware that the light source / light bulb will be visible as part of the design in this lamp type - therefore choose a light bulb that support your needs, as well as a light bulb that gives the visual design expression you want in your home.

The Marble series is a geometric series of pendants in a combination of green marble and brass details. The Marble family today has six family members, each with its own personality and light distribution, but the same visual expression. The lamp can vary in appearance as marble is a natural material and each lamp is therefore unique.

Design

Marble Wide is a member of the design series MARBLE by Lumega Home. The wide version is inspired by the funnel and its unique history. The history which leads us all the way back to the year 100. Here the first funnels were used in the kitchen. Today, the funnel shape can be seen in many designs and with Marble Wide we want to recreate the funnel design with a calm rounded design. Wide is in direct relation to the Nordic design culture.

The floating funnel

Marble Wide comes in a discreet size and thus does not stand out significantly in the room. However, decorating with Marble Wide can be difficult. Wide cannot harmonize with all fittings. Therefore, we would recommend that the lamp is installed in a place where it will provide lighting above the kitchen sink, possibly in pairs. Other places such as pendants above bedside tables, dressers or the reading corner often give good results. If the code to which room and where is cracked, Marble Wide will be able to deliver a unique floating harmonious expression.

Material

The green marble and the anodized aluminum in a brass look ensure a good and calm color combination. The sockets are of very high quality. Our supplier of marble understands the importance of a high standard of their polish processing of the material. This ensures a surface in an exceptional class. As marble is a natural material, the lamp can vary in appearance and each lamp is therefore unique.

Assembly

Marble Wide comes with a ceiling rose and a long cable, which is easily adjusted according to the installation height. As with all our lamps, the ceiling rosette comes with a few wiring holes in the side, which meets the desire for a nice installation. Wide comes with an E27 socket. We recommend a spotlight bulb or a small light bulb. The large light bulbs will not be preferable because the light source will come under the funnel shape and could dazzle.
