Terms of service

The following terms and conditions apply to all deliveries from Lumegahome.dk. The conditions apply in the event that no other written agreements have been entered into between the buyer and Lumegahome.dk. The trading conditions below do not apply to deliveries that are traded through https://lumega.eu.

Payment

Every time you order an item through Lumegahome.dk, we send an order confirmation to you as a customer, after which your order is packed and sent. If your order contains made-to-order items, these will be sent as soon as possible after we receive them in stock.

Lumega Denmark ApS accepts payment with Mastercard, Dankort, Visa and Mobilepay. The payment will not be deducted from your account until the order has been dispatched. The expected delivery time may vary and it will appear on each individual product page. All prices at Lumegahome.dk are stated in Danish kroner (DKK) and include VAT.

Lumega Denmark ApS uses an approved payment server that encrypts all your card information with SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol. This means that your information cannot be read.

Discount codes

Discount codes are issued at regular intervals, giving either a percentage discount or a discount in Danish kroner (DKK). A maximum of one discount code can be used per purchase. The discount code cannot be combined with other offers or promotions. If you try to bypass this, the system will cancel the order. Discount codes cannot be used for the purchase of gift cards unless otherwise stated.

Gift card

Gift cards issued by Lumega Denmark ApS are valid for 3 years from issue.
