Shipping policy

 

Lumega Denmark ApS delivers on all weekdays throughout Denmark. Delivery of goods from Lumegahome.dk is considered delivered when the customer has received the goods. All orders ordered through Lumegahome.dk are sent with either PostNord or Bring. The goods are sent within a maximum of 72 hours after placing the order, unless otherwise stated on the individual product pages. If the order contains items with different delivery times, the items will be collected and shipped when the entire order has arrived at our warehouse. In special cases, other freight solutions will be used. The stated delivery time is indicative and can therefore be deviated from.

 

Right of complaint

If you wish to complain about an item, please send an email to info@lumegahome.dk. Remember the following information in your email:

  1. E-mail: Enter the e-mail address used when placing the order.
  2. Order number: State your order number (eg. #9999). The order number can be found on the order confirmation you received in your email when you purchased via our webshop.
  3. Text in subject field: ’’Complaint + order number (eg. #9999).
  4. Attach pictures: To facilitate the processing of your complaint, please attach photos of the damage.
  5. Return label: We will send you the information you need to return your item.
  6. Reason for return: We will also send you a sheet on which we ask you to indicate the reason for your return (tick the complaint).
  7. Pack the item securely in its original packaging and attach the return label.
  8. Hand in the parcel at the nearest parcel delivery point.

General conditions for complaints:

When we receive your return package, we refund the amount to the same payment card that was used to complete the order. We will refund the amount as soon as possible.

 

 

Right of withdrawal

A 14-day right of withdrawal is granted, effective from the day you receive the item. If you regret the purchase, Lumega Home must be notified no later than 14 days after the day you received the item. You are obliged to return the item in the same condition and quantity as it was received. The same applies to the packaging the item arrived in, it must be intact.

If you wish to return an item, please send an email to info@lumegahome.dk. Remember the following information in your email:

  7. Hand in the parcel at the nearest parcel delivery point.

We do not exchange returned goods. If you want a different colour/size/model, please order the new item via our webshop. Then you know immediately if what you want is in stock, and you don't have to wait for the processing of your return item.
