Refund policy

At Lumega Home, you always have a 14-day right of return, valid from the day you receive the item. If you regret the purchase, you are welcome to send your item back to us.

If you wish to make use of your right of return, you must notify us within 14 days of receipt. If you want to make use of your 14-day right of withdrawal, write an email to info@lumegahome.dk and write ''Right of withdrawal'' in the subject field. You will then receive a return label and a return form. You are obliged to return the product in the same packaging, condition and quantity as when it was received.

In order to be able to return and process your refund as quickly as possible, please fill in and enclose the returned return form in the box. Reimbursement of returned goods can take up to 7 working days - extra handling time may occur if the attached form is not filled in or is missing. Refunds will always be made to the same means of payment with which you made the purchase. We recommend that you always get a receipt for the shipment.
